As the 2024 China Refrigeration Exhibition approaches, the organizing committee has announced the final list of "Innovative Products" awards, with Sanhua Group securing three major prizes, showcasing its innovative strength and technological leadership in the refrigeration field.
1) GigaForce Four-Way Valve (SHF-GF Series): Representing the largest capacity in Sanhua's 4-way valve lineup, GigaForce symbolizes the tremendous energy it brings to heating and cooling transitions. Designed for 60 to 200RT air-cooled screw chillers/heat pumps, this unique square valve body design effectively resolves the issue of clog common in cylindrical valve bodies. Its internal leakage is just 50% compared to similar products, significantly enhancing system efficiency.
2) ZPF Electronic Expansion Valve (Electric Butterfly Valve): Suitable for centrifugal chillers up to 1800tons, the ZPF electronic expansion valve features a butterfly valve design driven by a stepper motor, achieving high-precision adjustment with 9600 steps. This product overcomes the clog issues common with similar capacity EEVs on the market. Even in oil-free system, it can easily achieve a life cycle of 150,000 cycles (each cycle = 19,200 steps), making it especially suitable for magnetic levitation and air suspension oil-free systems.
3) High-Strength Microchannel Heat Exchanger: This high-pressure resistant microchannel heat exchanger is designed for CO2 refrigerants, with a maximum pressure resistance exceeding 42MPa. Its innovative structural design not only meets the application needs under CO2 refrigerant conditions (as a gas cooler or evaporator) but also significantly reduces the size and refrigerant charge amount.
