The development of heat pump drying system demonstrates the huge potential of heat pumps as clean energy technology in agricultural and industrial applications, such as tobacco, flowers, grain, fruits, traditional Chinese medicine, wood, and even municipal sludge can be dried with heat pumps, achieving energy saving and higher quality. Some applications require higher temperatures, with condensing temperatures reaching even 150°C, which puts forward new requirements for valves in liquid lines.
